This is a very well-written book and absorbing reading. The dry humour of the author clearly shows throughout the chapters, from his upbringing and adolescence to his introduction to the more serious aspects of life as a veterinary surgeon, and of life itself. I enjoyed reading it, and it is also a book one can read more than once. I even learnt from it …I have thrown away my watch with the luminous dial, just in case! |
