Bronwen King is a public health nutritionist currently employed by Community and Public Health, Christchurch, New Zealand. She is also a qualified chef and science teacher. She hosts her own healthy eating TV cooking show and regularly writes for food and health magazines and newspapers. This book combines her food and nutrition knowledge, her public health experience and her commonsense approach.
